At Restoration Exteriors, we pride ourselves on giving the space that our clients need to make a thorough and educated decision. We implore no “pushy” sales tactics and remain consultative throughout the entire process. Because of this professional approach, you should expect the following when working with Restoration Exteriors. At the beginning we discuss with you your goals for the project and take some measurements. Then, we talk about your remodeling priorities: what’s a “need” for you, what’s a “want” for you. We visit your ideal DREAM scenario for your home makeover and the products that best fit that scenario. At all turns, we listen to what you have in-mind and offer our professional opinions based on our years of experience.
Once the basic framework of the project is in place, we provide sample of the products that interest you. We also will be prepared with pricing scenarios for every stage of your project. Our intent at this time is not to pressure you into signing a contract, rather it’s to handle any of the concerns you have and review the pricing scenarios one-on-one to provide you with a deep understanding of the cost. If you have decided you are ready to move forward with Restoration Exteriors, we will prepare a contract…if you need to “think it over”, NO PROBLEM…just let us know when you are comfortable making a decision.
We let it be known to our clients that we share the same expectations that they have for the project at-hand. While we rely on our professional expertise to guide our clients through the construction process, it is our first and foremost priority to make sure that our clients are getting the finished product they hired Restoration Exteriors to complete. We have no problem going the extra mile and doing the job correctly the first time!
While our product lines carry with them some of the strongest warranties in their respective categories, we feel it’s important that you have an additional workmanship warranty directly from Restoration Exteriors. We guarantee the proper installation, according to manufacturers specifications, on all products installed. At all possible times, we request a job site audit of all installed products from a manufacturer’s representative. Along with all manufacturer’s warranties, we include a 2-5 YEAR workmanship warranty based on the project being completed. We also will provide any warranty information on the products being used at our clients request.
T.E. Jones – Owner
T.E. is a co-founder of Restoration Exteriors. With over 25 years of experience in residential construction, he possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience that are unmatched in the industry. During the 1990’s T.E. ran his own business as a remodeler and exteriors contractor. He also, attended Old Dominion University where he obtained a degree in Mathematics. Prior to forming Restoration Exteriors, T.E. served as the General Manager and licensed builder for Vintage Homes, based in Norfolk, Va. There he received numerous awards for homes built in the 2009 and 2012 HomeArama hosted by the Tidewater Builders Association. His “Made in America” house even received national recognition for the being the first home on the East Coast to be made entirely from US products. He still maintains an active role in Vintage Homes. T.E. is an avid outdoorsman. His favorite activities are fishing, surfing, and spending time at the beach with his Family.
Jason Gioffre- Owner
Jason is a co-founder of Restoration Exteriors. He has over 14 years of award-winning sales and marketing experience from a variety of corporate sales positions. Prior to forming Restoration Exteriors, Jason was the Regional Market Manager for James Hardie, manufacturers of HardiePlank siding. Jason is considered the market expert is Hardie products, not only by clients, but by peers and competitors alike. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and is an avid fan of the Grateful Dead and Philadelphia Eagles. Jason lives in Virginia Beach with his beautiful wife and daughters.
Chris Humbert-Production & Quality Control Manager
Chris has just north of 25 years’ experience in the Construction, Remodeling Industry. Chris has applied his trade in New York, North Carolina, and now Virginia. Chris has had extensive experience in the Roofing area (Commercial & Residential) , Siding, Trim, Decks. Porches and is an accomplished finish carpenter. Chris has been doing Project Management the past 5 years and is a terrific asset to our company. Chris has one child and currently resides in Virginia Beach.
